We recently invited Aegon’s Pensions Technical Manager, Martin Haggart, to Wealth Professional's offices to help us unwind the gordian knot that is the abolition of the Pensions Lifetime Allowance (LTA). With the Finance Bill passing through the various debates & hurdles to become law post 6th April, we were able to discuss with Martin a number of real-life client scenario’s with a view to maximising tax efficiency.
